现在签证要面试吗？
不知道题主是申请什么类型的签证. 一般来说，英国签证有好几种，主要分4类： 1. 游客/商务访客/探亲等短期签证Tier 4; 2. 学生签Tier 4 (General); Tier 4 (Child) for children below 18 years old; Tier 4 Student Transfer， for students who wish to transfer from one school or college to another within the same Tier 4 sponsor; Tier 4 Child Migration Scheme (CMS)， if you are a child of migrant workers and were sponsored by your parents' employer under CMS scheme in the past when you arrived in England before April 2003; 3. 工作类Tier 2，包括雇主担保Tier 2和研究生硕士博士毕业生T2 Graduate route (formerly known as "Post Study Work"); T2 work visa can be extended with resident labour market test if the job is on the Shortage Occupation List， and there must not have been any substantial change（for example， merger）in the sponsor(e.g. company name changed) and； 4. 其他长期签证Tier 5 etc. Please note that UKBA will suspend issuing student visas until further notice， from 6pm Friday March 27th due to coronavirus outbreak.
The first thing I would say is that all applications which require an interview at the UKVI Centre will continue to take place. This includes all application categories such as family， work & visit visas， including those under the new Immigration Health Surcharge rules. The only exception to this are student visas where interviews cannot currently take place due to COVID-19. It appears that some people may still receive appointments but they should cancel these immediately， even if asked to attend virtually via video conferencing technology. You shouldn’t need to provide anything else other than the usual documents for your application except perhaps supporting documentation in cases where extra medical evidence is required after submitting the initial form.
