可以在英国办t4签证吗？
Tier 4 visa is a kind of student visa in the UK. You can apply it both by post or at an overseas British embassy/consulate when you are outside Britain， but I suggest that you do so via post as that's what we did and our application was completed very quickly， within several weeks. Here’re some links to help you prepare for your visa application：
GOV.UK has detailed information on visas including how much they cost， what documents should be included together with guidance notes etc， so would recommend starting there if you want more information；
If you need a Tier 4 Visa Sponsor you will have to get approval from the Home Office before you leave China (providing your college meets all the criteria)． If this happens then your college will write to GOV.UK telling them who you are and give details about where you live， study etc; once you complete their online form you can proceed directly to applying for the visa using this link：URL／app\_newapps\/in\_uk\_visa\_chooser which requires you to provide the letter sent out by your college plus additional documentation required by GOV.UK. In general these include passport photos， biometric forms（which could be taken care of online）， bank statements proving funds available， medical insurance policy， offer letters等；
Once you have gathered everything， please send it back to us along with payment proof so that we may submit it to the relevant authorities on your behalf， however keep in mind that you still need to collect your physical visa yourself－contact the nearest consular office for further details after receiving notification from us！
